You don't have to transfer anything. Just setup all three of them with the
same settings on the new machine. Change the DHCP scope's Options to point
the clients at the new WINS and DNS. For "static" machines you will have
to make the changes manually. The WINS and DNS databases will automatically
self-populate on their own after a very short time,...in fact DNS should
simply replicate from the old one by normal AD replication. Point the new
Server to "itself" (127.0.0.1) as the primary DNS & WINS but you can list
the other DNS's & WINS's under that as well. Just remember to take the old
ones out later if you "retire" them.
The only thing to watch out for is that you don't want the new DHCP to be
active at the same time the old one is, so disable the DHCP on the old
server at the same time you enable it on the new one. The old DNS & WINS can
keep running. Give the clients a day or so to automatically adjust and
"settle in" before you do anything drastic to the old server.
Never remove an old DC without first "gracefully" removing it from AD by
running Dcpromo.exe to drop it down to a "member" server, and then move it
from the Domain to a Workgroup (stand-alone server) before you kill it
totally. The Global Catalog Server "role" must be changed manually to the
new machine because that one is not automatically adjusted by Dcpromo.exe as
the other "roles" are.
