Upgrade now or later?

My monthly payment to Zen for 512k is due on 2nd June. I am considering an
upgrade to 1 Meg, should I pay for the 512 k connection now or wait until
the new reduced prices come into effect. Or should I request upgrade after I
paid my 24.99 for monthly
512 k.
