upgrade from 98 to 98 se

don't th ink it is available any longer

I am trying to hook my mom up to the internet. I bought a
Belkin ethernet card to create a port for the cable
modem. Installed card Windows 98 would not recognize the
driver. Belkin sez have to upgrade from 98 to 98 se. Is
there such an upgrade? Can it be doenloaded. Purchased?

Purchased. Can't be downloaded. Try eBay, and avoid OEM versions.
