How to update Modem Firmware?

I don't know much about this. How do I go about updating the firmware of my
modem (Dynalink ALE-070). TPG Tech support (by Email) suggested this to me
to improve performance - Thanks for any help - Regards

Firmware upgrade posts must be like buses. There isn't one for ages and then 2
come along at the same time.
