How to update all SUS's client registry ?

Hello,
I just would like to install a .reg file on all my computer (more than 200)
that indicates to the client, the local update server and the time for the
client to install the updates.
I have make the .reg file but how to install it on all my computer ? do i
have to create a batch file for all the user (more than 200) ?

You should use GPO and your AD to update this setting. Everything is
