Update 815485 not downloading

Hi people,

I have just install the Hotfix Update 815485 to enable me to secure my XP
home wireless network. It goes through the installation fine but I still
don't appear to have WPA when I look at my wireless network. I also cannot
see the hotfix listed in the Add/remove progs in control panel. What am I
doing wrong?
