Unnecessary Network trafic generated between only two comp out of

In our company we have 80 computers out of that 80 computers two of them are
continuesly generating packets on TCP and SMB. I checked all this information
through Ethereal Packet capturing software it is a free down load software. I
have D-Link wireless 520+ PCI cards in my PC how I can stop that traffic.

Ininstall the free download software, or unplug the D-Link wireless card
from the computer that is generating the traffic?
