Unlocking an Efficinet 5781 router

Hi
Aparantly it's possble for the ISP to LOCK the uint (through phone
nr. IP or what ever)

Do anyone in this group know how to UNLOCK an" Efficinet 5781"
router? If so I would be most greatfull
