Be Unlimited - truly unlimited?

I'm looking to change providers, and it seems that Be Unlimited is fairly
highly rated on adslguide.org.uk.

One question, though - is it truly unlimited, or do they have a fair usage
policy? I've had a quick look on their site but can't find anything about
it.

The FUP has to my knowledge never been applied, although if there is a major
contention issue they do ask you to be considerate of other users and avoid
heavy downloading between 6pm and 12am. No traffic shaping of any sort
though.

Unlike BT IPStream, they do have the ability to get extra bandwidth in
fairly quickly - not the months on end like with IPStream
