Unknown: Node Type

Having an issue with a "Node Type" on a server in a
cluster. TCP/IP list the Node Type of "Unknown" when you
enter "ipconfig /all". This is having WINS registration
issues on subnet that are routed. Does anyone have any
ideas how to fix this. I have tried a couple fixes made
available in "Knowledge Base" ; they both reference
modifying entries in the registry and do not work. One
was "EnableProxy" key and the other "Number" Key.
