There is always a reason, in this case probably because
some other PC, batch file or service tries to access a resource
on your Win2000 server with a wrong password. When the
maximum wrong password count (selected by your administrator)
is reached, the account will lock up.
A simple way to resolve the problem is to create new account
names for the users that are affected.
