Universal Workgroup Bridge on Cisco 1240AG

Does anyone have an example config of a Cisco AP operating in
Universal WorkGroup Bridge Mode? I can find jack on the internet. I
want the Cisco to associate with my DLINK 655 and I am having no
success. I get

*Mar 1 00:59:08.389: %DOT11-4-CANT_ASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0,
cannot associate: WPAIE Invalid unicast suite count: 2
