How to uninstall Cisco PEAP supplicant to use XP default PEAP

Hi Sir,

I have installed Cisco PEAP supplicant when I installed Cisco 350 PCM card
onto my laptop.

However, during the installation process, somehow, XP default MS-CHAP v2 is
overwritten and now only Cisco PEAP using EAP_GTC appeared. Please refer to
the attachment.

Tried uninstall the Cisco PEAP supplicant many times but failed.

Can anyone show me how to uninstall the Cisco PEAP supplicant?

I need to revert to XP default Microsoft as my previous PEAP MSCHAP-V2 is
working fine but not now.
