Unidentifiable DHCP entry

All,
I have a unidentifiable DHCP entry that keeps showing up.
Unique ID: 636973636f2d303030642e323934332e613734302d5666c31
I have never seen a MAC address like this before.

Any ideas?

Yeah looks like IPv6...

Do you have IPv6 running on your network at all?
