Unfaithful wife?

Remember, the shower is a very dangerous place where accidents often
happen. So, with that in mind, your unfaithful wife may just happen to
'slip' in there and suffer a fatal head injury...

The stairs too are a dangerous place. So make sure no objects are left
at the top of, or on them. You wouldn't want your unfaithful wife to
'fall' and break her neck killing her instantly, would you?
