Server 2003w/ SP1

A folder keeps being created on the server desktop called "Undefined"
and it contains a file called "63d8494e6e8b0ec60bbdbfa69aebc82d.sgz"
The size of the file is 1.70mb and is owned by the Administrator.

Does anyone have any idea what this file is - what creates it and why?
I've tried searching for the .sgz extension and can't find anything.

Thanks,
Mike Bailey
