Unable to VPN into server

I have a 2003 server running Exchange. Up until last week remote users were
able to connect in via PPTP fine. Now they get a message saying "windows was
unable to connect to the network using the username and password you
provided. Please re-enter the username and password."

I have reset the password, and tried creating a new account but get the same
problem. I know the credentials seem to be ok as I am able to access the
users mailbox via OWA.

RRAS isn't configured on this server, so I'm not sure how the VPN is
configured, or what to do to investigate this further so any help would be
appreciated please.
Tia,
Andy.

This is now sorted. Draytek router was picking up the auth request for some
unknown reason. :S
