Unable tio Ping externally

Hi

I apologise if this thread may not come in this section.

Anyhow, cannot ping Pubic IP address externally but can internally from the
server.

We have Symantec Corporation Edition version 10.1 installed on a Windows
2003 Server. I don't think this is cacusing the issue, as I have never know
this version prevent external connections.

Appropriate firewall rules are set on the ADSL router.

Any other ideas? Could it be the ISP.

Use tracert to find out where the traffic go and where stop.
