Unable to share drive in W98SE

I am unable to enable sharing on a Win98SE system. I have
enabled file and printer sharing, but the sharing tab in
drive properties is missing. Also, the sharing option in
the My Computer/(C context menu (right click)does not
exist. The network properties match my other Win98
systems, I am able to ping each computer from the other
using the DHCP IP addresses assigned by my router, but
unable to ping using domain\name. The computer is able to
access the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much for the help. I had already installed
F/P sharing, but uninstalled it then reinstalled it. Now
it works! Thanks again!
