Unable to see printers

MN-700 wireless base station. I have two of my three computers who are not
able to access the Brother printers connected via Ethernet. I am running
Norton 360 and wonder if that's the problem, but disabling its firewall
hasn't helped. I upgraded the firmware for the base station a while ago and
had everything working until recently. Any ideas?

uninstall Norton completely.

When you first noticed the lapse of accessing the printers, What changes were
made to your network or computer units when you noticed this event occur?
