Unable to see network

I have about 8 computers total, 6 of which are running Win 98. They all
connect to the internet but only the 2 that are not running 98 (running XP
and 2000) can see the network. The 6 running 98 can see mapped drives and
ping each other just fine, but the Network Neighborhood shows nothing but
the network printers. The funny thing is that, at one point about 2-3 weeks
ago they could all see the network fine then they all slowly started getting
this problem. I have made no changes to start this problem. Any
suggestions.
