Unable to Logon to Domain

I have a new Windows 2003 Server Eval server
installation. Upon startup, all users can access the
Domain (server). However, after about an hour, new
workstations are unable to logon. If the server is
rebooted, all logons are then accepted, again.

How do I fix this? .. Any clues?

Thank you.

Take a look at the event logs and in the System evnt log you should see some
LOGON events. That is the best place to start troubleshooting.

Eliminate one possibility by turning off the "power saver" features of the
Nics on the server (better yet, all machines). It may not end up being the
solution, but that should be turned off anyway and I don't think it is by
default.

How many workstations are you trying to connect to the domain? One
version of Win2K3 only allows 10 connections
