Unable to log onto the Base Station Management Tool (MN-500)

I've been trying to log onto the Base Station but even after resetting the
Router to Factory defaults, have been unable to logon. Any assistance will
be appreciated. i've used "admin" as the default password. No luck. Have I
the incorrect default password?
