Sometimes you have to slap them around a little. Just forget DHCP
temporarily. Assign all static network settings including all Active
Directory DNS server and WINS server. Then you will *know* it is
looking at the right servers. And of course don't forget to check the
CapsLock key

. Try to join it. If you finally get it joined, then
go back and set the Nic to use DHCP for everything.
