Unable to get IP from DHCP

After changing the DHCP server, all the client PC in my company cannot
get IP from the DHCP.

I have DHCP running on one server.
Then Active Directory and DNS on another server.
DHCP server was in the same domain with the AD & DNS.
It's authorized and active.

If I set a fix IP, every PC can run, alble to connect to servers and
Internet.
But if I set it to dynamically obtain an IP address, they can't get the
IP.

I tried ipconfig /renew at all the PCs, but it results the same.
I tried to use fix IP and ping the DHCP server, I can ping it.

Any idea what happen?

Checked, the only event source from DHCP is below:

The DHCP/BINL service on the local machine, belonging to the Windows
Administrative domain <myDomainName>, has determined that it is
authorized to start. It is servicing clients now.
=======================

No other error occur as well.

I'd tried it on another server with the exact same scope, it works.
Don't understand why it happen.

I stop both of the DHCP server do a format and reinstall to the
problematic DHCP server.
Then it's up and running now.

Don't understand what's the problem there. I have the exact
configuration running there.
