For one thing, you're posting via the web-based newsgroup, instead of using
a regular news reader like Outlook Express. The web is slower. For
another, this newsgroup is supported by users like you, and doesn't have
full-time Microsoft employees here answering questions.
Your User Guide, which came with the MN-500 should have information in it,
and the support telephone number (toll free) for questions about the
product. Six minutes isn't much time between your original post and this
one. I suggest a little bit of patience, and those of us who voluntarily
help fellow users might be able to respond to you.
