Unable to change password on 2003 domain

I tried to change my networking password and got the following error:

Unable to change the password for Microsoft Networking because the
following error occurred:

The password cannot be used now.

Btw, I have already installed dsclient, from Windows 2000 CD because Windows
2003 doesn't seem to have it. Anyone any idea?

Simple: Your domain controller is configured to remember past passwords.
The password you're trying to use is the same as a previous password.
Your network administrator should help you with this.
