Since Exchange requires Active Directory,..which requires a Domain, you
therefore have a Domain instead of a Workgroup. Join all the machines to the
Domain,...have user accounts on the Domain to use and log in using those
accounts.
Win98 cannot join a domain, but it can log into the Domain. However Win98
requires WINS to function dependably on a 2003 or 2003 Domain.
