Unable to browse Network Neighbourhood

Hello everyone. I have a small network of 15 computers.
All of them have Windows 98 except for one which has
Windows XP as its operating system. I am unable to
browse the neighwork neighbourhood. It shows the Entire
Network icon but when I double click it, gives me the
error unable to browse. Start network troubleshooting.

But when I search for the computers on the network, I am
able to locate each one. XP computer though shows all
the computers on the network.

It can take several minutes after a computer starts up before it can
browse the network through Network Neighborhood. That's normal, but
annoying behavior for Windows 98.
