Unable to browse domain

I get this error message when I attempt to browse the network:

"[Domain] is not accessible. You may not have permission to browse this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if
you have access permissions." I am logged on as the enterprise admin.

I only have this problem on Win2K3 servers. Any explanations?

If you remove yourself from the domain, reboot, then try to add yourself back
to the domain, if the domain cannot be reached, then you need to delete the
computer from the DNS server. This solved my problem when I had your issue.
