Unable to add NETBUI protocol on Win98SE

All:

I am unable to add the NETBUI protocol on my Network
Neighborhood configuration Tab. Any ideas how to add
these?

I am thinking that probably I am missing some DLLs, but am
not able to get them from anywhere.

Please advise.
