Unable to access resources after some time of logon

We have just migrated some users from our old NT domain
to Windows 2003 Domain. Everything works fine for new
domain but after some time of logon usersa are unable to
access network resources. Tried to access directly by IP
address. I can ping to the resources but cannot access.
The error message "Do not have permissions to access the
resources".

Please help out.

See the two links below that may help. You did not describe the client computers but
some downlevel clients have trouble with the security configuration of a Windows 2003
Server. Usually the problem is smb signing or lan manager authentication level. ---
