Unable to access LAN through window server 2003

I got a window server 2003 and previously I do able to log on user credential
to other servers or clients sharing folder. But suddenly I totally unable to
log on to another server through remote access or VNC. I able to see all the
file sharing but when I try to access the user credential it just block me
out. I reboot the server but it still the same. I remove the active user
directory and recreate user directory again but still the same. Can you
please help me to figure out what is happening in the window server 2003 as I
got no idea unless reformat the whole windows. Thanks

Do you have Domain network? Also check the DNS settees.
