Unable to access internet from windows ME client on ICS

I have the following hardware setup intended for home based ICS but
fail to work.
To simplify the description of the configuration, I label these
components as
A, B, C, D, E and F.

The IP address (192.168.0.1) on BLOCK B is manually set. BLOCK D is
the
interface that is being shared. I've also tried to share either BLOCK
B
or BLOCK A instead but doing a ping the default gateway results in
request timed out. So, I am assuming BLOCK D is the right interface to
be
shared for the time being. Somebody can correct me if I am wrong.

There is no problem at all when accessing internet on the host machine
but
fail to load any web page when operating on the client machine. What I
need to know is:

1) Out of the three interfaces displayed under Network and Dial-up
Connections, which is the right interface on the host to be shared?

2) what is the right procedure for verifying the connection between
host and
client? Would it suffice to do a ping on both machine? As mentioned, I
can
ping the default gateway on the client successfully but fail to load
web page.

3) Assumming 1) and 2) are ok, would it be reasonable to suspect the
problem
came from the host due of incompatibility problem of PPPoE? I am
saying this
because I can't get ping -f -l 1500 to work but lower MTU numbers.

Having mentioned the above, all I want to do now is to isolate the
problem so
that I can proceed to sort it out the particular issue. Right now, I
have no
clue on what can I do next even though I've been playing with lots of
different settings without success. Can somebody help please?

This address generate with windows !
I guess that ICS Pass 192.168.0.x for this adapter.

Thank you for your help. I've just been able to sort out by sharing
the PPPoE connection with the Intel NIC. So, it is working now after
days of long struggling.
