Unable to access Internet on MN-500

Hi,
I have MN-500 router setup on my mini network @ home and
just recently started to have an issue with Internet
connectivity. Whenever I have my high-speed connection
plugged into the Modem port of MN-500 it brings my network
down and cannot access the internet. I called up my ISP
and they say that other customers have no such problems.

I would appreciate if anyone is or has experience similar
problem and knows how to address it.

Probably the most common issue is when the base station is configured so
that your wide area network (WAN) Internet Protocol (IP) address and WAN
gateway address are the same. Check the settings on the base station.
