Anyone using UKonline for their ISP?

I pay by direct debit every month, and I get payment notifications
from "WorldPay".

On Sunday 20th and again on Monday 21st I received an email saying
that my payment had failed, but the third attempt this morning
(Tuesday 23rd) it succeeded.

Slightly worrying - anyone else experienced the same thing?
