Yes, as it's the end of BT services. BT will likely be split up in the very
near future due to this, perhaps within a few years

Um - you missed the recent announcement by BT of their planned internal
split, sanctioned by Ofcom? This almost certainly means Ofcom/Government
will not split up BT using any new legislation.

*MUCH* more likely to be the LLU operatots "cherry picking" and/or going
cautiously!
