Is it just me, or is uk.yahoo.com slow over the last 24 Hours?

haven't been able to access mail.yahoo.co.uk all day.

May be down to the continuing peering problems some UK ISP's are having in
the US.
It has been fine from here and I have been using it, but my ISP has not been
affected by this weeks problems,

same here in bristol, cannot reach my BTY e-mail service.
also cant ping BT DNS servers
but all other websites seem O

Been down / slow here using blueyonder.

Report states:
The building which hosts the Yahoo European Operations Data Centre has
been without power since 13:40 this afternoon (Sunday). Power was
restored to each section of the building over a 1 hour period between
approximately 7-8pm. The guys that work in the Yahoo suite have told us
that the power outage caused huge technical problems and they aren't
sure when they will be fully operational. There was also a brief power
outage on Friday, although we're not sure to what extent or duration
this affected their operations.
