Plusnet should be ridiculed for this - encouraging stupid behaviour.

Bloody trick or treat kids are up and down my street for a week before
Haloween, and they even chuck flour over my door if I give them money.

What with that and fireworks going on until all hours, I reckon we
should restrict non-essential celebrations.

My Mum's got the right idea. She opens the door to the trick or
treaters in a scary witches mask and throws cold water over them..

Saved herself a fortune.
