udp ports thorugh a firewall

I'm using ipcop and have portsentry running on an internal mail
gateway. Every once in a while I see portsentry triggering on a UDP
packet coming in for port 32770. If I'm not explicitly forwarding
these udp ports to the mail gateway, how are they getting through?

Sic some network sniffer tools on that one.

tcpdump -s0 -xX udp dst port 32770 and port ... ?
