Is it possible to configer a laptop to work with two
different networks? I have a business network to log into
now and want to have a home network (wireless Linksys) as
well. Both my laptop and home PC have Windows 98.

Yes, it is. Please post another news group message with details of
the situation, and I'm sure that someone can help you set everything
up.

Will the computer connect to both networks at the same time, or will
it only connect to one at a time?

Does the business network use the TCP/IP protocol? If so, does it use
static (permanently assigned) IP addresses, or does it use dynamic
(assigned by a DHCP server each time you connect) IP addresses?

Is the business network peer-to-peer or client/server (domain)?

Will the laptop connect to your home network using a wired connection,
wireless connection, or both?

Please post any reply as a follow-up message in the news group
for everyone to see. I'm sorry, but I don't answer questions
addressed directly to me in E-mail or news groups.
