Our engineering department is driving me insane. They are constantly testing
devices on our network, using up IP addresses. I had some addresses set
aside that were separate from our DHCP scope, but those have been gobbled up
by more devices, VPN addressing, additional websites, etc.
How do I setup a separate network just for these knuckleheads and their
