Im just wondering if I can have two ADSL modems on one ADSL line?

You can't have two ADSL modems in use at the same time.

You could have both physically connected to the line, and only use one
at a time for internet access, but can't have both connected at the
same time.

If you want to have both computers accessing the Internet using ADSL
at the same time, you need a router with an integral ADSL modem in it.
They cost about £50 if you connect wirelessly (need Ethernet adapters
in your computers) or £80+ if you want to connect wirelessly (need
wireless adapters in your computers). They aren't that difficult to
set up either.

Even having two ADSL modems " physically connected to the line" - even if
only using one, can cause problems...
