Most sites are geared towards Windows 2000 and XP, as these are still
supported by Microsoft. Personally, unless you are having a performance
problem (upload or download speeds far less than those you're advertised as
getting) I would not bother trying to tweak performance - the pipe is only
so fat and nothing you do to your PC will alter that. :-)
http://www.dslreports.com/stest would be a good site to test and measure
your speed with.
