Is it possible to broadcast freeview/tv from my network?

What would i need to do it? hardware & software?

Freeview card in server main?

The software that comes with it lets you distribute the TV to other PCs on
your network. It is also a very good PVR.

Yes it is possible to do and not too expensive.
