how to turn off encryption on PPTP

I'm running Win 2003 server Remote Access Server as a VPN
server. I'd like to require MS-CHAP-V2 for authentication
but not require encryption because my application already
has encryption at the application layer. Any way of
turning off MPPE encryption?

Yes

Go to: Routing and Remote Access MMC
Go to "Remote Access Policies" (left Pane)
Select (Right Pane) the Policy you assigned for VPN (Or whatever is used to
authenticate the connection)
Double click it
Once inside, select "edit profile"
click on encryption
Deselect everything except "no encryption"
Press OK all the way out.

Done
