TS Web Connection

We have recently installed a 2003 server with Terminal
Server for remote access via Web (ADSL or DSL Connection)
using the normal IP address and tsweb page. Although we
can connect using VPN to the server but we cannot connect
using Web. we cannot even ping it even if we have VPN
Connection.

we need more information to help. Are the VPN and the LAN in the same IP
range? it could be the routing issue. posting the result of ipconfig /all
may help.
