An AT&T WiFi account might provide a broader set of sites.
I think it includes all of Boingo.
It may be free or cheap if you already have AT&T DSL service.
My account doesn't seem to be one of the ones that qualifies for free WiFi,
but my login did work at a McDonald's location.
