Trying to install a base station ms500

I have been trying to set up this unit for several months
and keep going through the proper procedur only to get a
massage that Although I had an internet connection earlier
it is now not able to access the internet even though the
internet site is currently running. As a result, the unit
is useless. Is there a way to start completely fresh. I
have tried to uninstall my network and have reset the
ms500 basestation. Still not successful. Any ideas...
