Trustrelationship (two Windows 2K servers)

HI everyone:
I would like to know if somebody can help me with this issue...
I trying to make a trustrelationship between two office one in Miami the other in Mexico, both servers are running Windows 2000 server (I'm not sure if one of them is running with Advanced server), both with service Pack 3, I don't know why everytime when I type the domain and passwords I can't do it, I'm unable to make the trust between both servers. I reviewed a lot of things and I call the guy in Mexico but we don't have a clue on this issue.
But I can do a great trustrelationship from Miami to another offices that the company has.

Your help will be greatly appreciate it.

I recommend you using NETDOM instead of the GUI because
you only need to type it from one server (knowing both
admin passwords is a must)
